This project was commissioned by OMAK Inc. with the objective to create a single-piece kitchenware design that is not only aesthetically pleasing for modern kitchens but also competitive in terms of material weight and utility. The design had to meet the specific challenge of efficient water drainage for utensils such as spoons and forks.

Our approach embraced a minimalist yet functional design. The product's silhouette exhibits clean lines and a subtle sophistication that complements the contemporary kitchen environment. To ensure that the item is both lightweight and durable, we utilized advanced materials that align with the industry standards for eco-efficiency and recyclability.
Addressing the critical issue of water drainage, we implemented a gradient base across the utensil resting area to facilitate a smooth water flow. Additionally, dual slits in the utensil holder segment were strategically placed to enhance drainage, preventing water accumulation and promoting quick drying.

The single-mold design not only streamlines the manufacturing process but also contributes to a sleek and seamless appearance. The choice of material and its inherent properties were carefully considered to ensure that the final product would be lightweight, yet robust enough to withstand the rigors of daily use.
